Paper files

  • Are stored in-house and also in secure document storage facilities provided by specialist third parties.

On Our In-house Computer Systems

  • These may be fixed desktop systems or portable laptops protected by user login passwords.

On 'Dropbox'

  • Dropbox is a cloud-based file storage solution. Your data is protected in line with the Dropbox Privacy Policy.

On 'Constant Contact'

  • Constant Contact is an online service used for creating and sending emails. Your data is protected in line with the Constant Contact Privacy Policy.

​With Google and GoDaddy

  • We use Google and GoDaddy to provide us with email hosting solutions. Your data is protected in line with their respective privacy policies.

With Microsoft

  • We use Microsoft to provide us with email hosting solutions and online storage. Your data is protected in line with Microsoft Privacy Policy.

You have the right to ensure:

  • the data we store is not excessive

  • the data we store is secure.

  • have your data updated and amended if it is incorrect, out of date or incomplete
